Engaging Users
Engaging Users
Change initiatives succeed when you capture users attention and appeal to both their hearts and minds. To "earn the right to your users attention" you need to understand what captures their eye, and break out of the routine communications channels. Many users receive hundreds of emails a day, so you must be prepared to communicate via alternative channels and with eye-catching visuals. Plus, many users have a genuine dislike of how they have been "changed" in the past.
Below are samples of the deliverables Sam created to drive user engagement.
Chicago Transit Authority - executive support guide
This 4-page guide was developed as a follow-up/leave behind to Sam's Stakeholder meetings with individual CTA executives.
delaware north corporation - finance manager awareness poster campaign

RECONTRUST, A DIVISION OF BANK OF AMERICA - CAMPAIGN FOR EMERGENCY SUPPLY KITS IN EMPLOYEES' CARS
Part of a change initiative to increase employee readiness to respond to earthquakes in California.
