Meet Sam

Sam Shmikler is a Prosci-ADKAR certified Organizational Change Management and Business Process Leader with strategy-to-execution experience in preparing people for new/upgraded technologies, optimized business processes, best practices, and ensuring that outcomes are measurable and sustainable.

Sam has deep experience in driving change initiatives, learning and communication plans, leading business continuity and disaster planning, determining stakeholder needs, authoring materials, measuring readiness for change, PMO operations, applying/aligning projects with Agile methodology and portfolio management.

Sam brings a breadth of experience with new and harmonized process changes in HR, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Financials including ERP initiatives with PeopleSoft (8.9 - 9.2), Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, JD Edwards, SAP, Kronos, and proprietary platforms.
